Refunds and Product Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, you may return the unused product for a refund if

(i) neither you nor we have terminated the Agreement;

(ii) the products were purchased within the last thirty (30) days.

The refund shall be 100% of the purchase price, however, shipping and handling charges incurred will not be refunded. To receive a refund, you must email with your Proof of Purchase of items being returned to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Include this RMA number and the evidence of purchase such as itemized sales receipt or your back office order history. Ship items to the Regenr8 Returns shipping address provided by the Support team. The RMA number must be included on the outside of the return box, or it will be refused by our receiving department and may result in a refund not issuing. All items must be shipped to Regenr8 Returns pre-paid, as we are unable to accept shipping collect packages, and they will be returned.

Auto Ship

Certain items can be set to a monthly auto ship (Thrive, Fast Start Beverage). You can easily manage your Auto Ship profiles from you user account dashboard.
